To search cases decisions select the “search ALJ decision “tab on the left and when you get to the search screen simply select either “ Department of Real Estate – H/C “ or Department of Building Fire and Life Safety – H/C” in the agency tab.
To search an active case select the “Research your case (Portal) “ tab enter the portal and enter “Department of Real Estate – H/C” exactly as shown (without quotation marks) in the search for field and select “client” in the search by field.
