Need some information on how your HOA conducts your Board elections with absentee ballot and in-person voting. It’s actually been years since my community has run their elections in accordance with ARS 33-1812. Shocking. Yes it is. But the Courts allowed my Association to vote in accordance with ARS 10-3708 from the Non-Profit statutes. Long story but I think I’ve actually managed to get them to go back to using absentee and in-person iaw ARS 33-1812. It’s been years since I’ve conducted an in-person voting so I’m look for whatever procedures you can send my way. Please be aware that we have 676 homes in my community. Thanks so much!
